Een tijd om je ziel te voeden met alles waar je een glimlach van krijgt!
Deze periode is het meest Yang van alle seizoenen, een periode van actief naar buiten treden.

Als het vuur-element uit balans is, kan je je grenzen weleens vergeten en ervaar je onrust, over-enthousiasme en neem je te weinig tijd tot inkeer. Daarnaast kan je in deze periode ook de pijn in het hart ervaren, situaties waarin je hart gekwetst is, waarin de verbinding met liefde niet goed te voelen was.

In deze workshop richten we ons op het vergroten van vriendelijkheid naar jezelf, in contact komen met je hart en weer vanuit vertrouwen te verbinden met jouw essentie.

Yin Yoga is gebaseerd op de Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde. Deze filosofie gaat uit van vijf elementen, vijf seizoenen en bijbehorende orgaan-meridianen. Door langer in een ontspannen yogahouding te vertoeven, verzachten we het dieperliggende bindweefsel. In dit verbindende-weefsel bevindt zich het meridiaanstelsel: een energiesysteem met vertakkingen door heel je lichaam.

In deze workshop leer je de betekenis van de fase waar je je nu in bevindt op fysiek, emotioneel en mentaal vlak. Je doet specifieke oefeningen gericht op het zuiveren en stimuleren van de meridianen ​die horen bij dit seizoen.
